International double and triple degrees in business, economics, and social sciences.

A multiple degree is the ideal route if you want to study internationally and improve your career prospects at the same time.

In a multiple degree program (also known as a double degree program), you study at two universities – partly at your home university and partly at a renowned partner university abroad. At the end, you will receive two recognized degrees – one from each university.

Your advantages with a multiple degree

Internationally recognized degrees

With a double degree, you not only demonstrate academic excellence, but also flexibility, independence, and intercultural competence. Employers in Germany and abroad know: Anyone who masters a multiple degree has a skillset that will serve them well.

Save time – without the stress of recognition

In contrast to a semester abroad, your stay abroad is firmly planned in the course of your studies. This means that you don't have to submit anything at a later date or have your coursework and exams reviewed to see if they can be recognized. This will help you stay on schedule and complete your studies as planned.

Networking and career benefits

You benefit from our university’s network of international partners. Whether for internships, theses, or your career entry: The network of our partner universities is open to you – including alumni, company, and career platforms.

Language skills & soft skills

A multiple degree not only improves your foreign language skills, but also strengthens your communicative and intercultural skills – key qualifications for a successful international career.

Benefits of a multiple degree:

  • Two recognized degrees (double degree) or three recognized degrees (triple degree)
  • International experience and cultural understanding
  • Improved language skills
  • International contacts and networks
  • Attractive entry opportunities on the global job market
  • Personal development and more independence

Requirements – What you should bring with you

Are you curious, open-minded, and committed? Then you already have important prerequisites for the program. A change of university requires adaptability, flexibility, and a good dose of discipline – both in everyday life and in your studies. The program will challenge you, but also provide you with strong personal and professional development. You will experience more, learn more, and achieve more – it’s worth it!

In addition to your strong interest in economic topics and motivation for your studies, you should have a high affinity for foreign languages and intercultural contexts.
