15 July (1st and higher semesters)
30 September for Agricultural Sciences, Agricultural Biology and Biobased Products and Bioenergy (if a preparatory course must be attended, the deadline is 15 July)
In order to successfully apply to the University of Hohenheim, you must fulfill the following admission requirements:
No, since the winter semester 2022/23 no additional application via uni-assist is necessary. However, German nationals must have their certificates recognized in advance by the office responsible for them. If you are resident in Baden-Württemberg or abroad, the Stuttgart Regional Council is responsible.
Your university entrance qualification (as well as other documents such as internships, work experience, etc.) must be uploaded to the HohCampus application portal in the original language and, if the original language is not German or English, in a German or English translation.
The translation must have been prepared by a person or institution authorized to provide sworn or court-approved translations (in Germany or abroad).
If your certificate does not entitle you to start a degree program in Germany straight away, you can attend a one-year preparatory college (Studienkolleg). This concludes with an assessment test, which you can then use to apply to study in Germany.
If you have any questions about the Studienkolleg, please contact Claudia Manca.

Yes, anyone wishing to start a Bachelor's degree program in Baden-Württemberg must provide proof of a study orientation procedure. You should have taken the orientation test before the application deadline. Please keep this proof in a safe place, as you will have to submit it with your enrollment application if you are admitted.
