Once you have successfully completed your Bachelor's degree in Biobased Products and Bioenergy, you can continue your studies by entering the professional world or pursuing a subsequent Master's degree. This is when many wonder: What can I do with my studies? We would like to support you in answering this question from the very beginning. 

This does not mean that we can tell you what specific job you will have later or what Master's degree program you should study. But we can show you in which areas you could work as an expert in biobased products and bioenergy, which subsequent Master's degree programs are suitable, and how we can support you in starting your career.

Diverse and interesting career possibilities

You’ve had enough studying and want to finally start your career and earn your own money? With a Bachelor's degree in Biobased Products and Bioenergy, you are well qualified to enter the industrial sector, research, and development in the field of sustainability. As a sustainability manager or sustainability engineer, you make your company, or even several companies in an advisor capacity, more sustainable. Thanks to your training in various specialist disciplines, you will be in demand in a wide variety of areas, e.g., with energy suppliers, the processing industry, and plant and mechanical engineering as well as producers of renewable raw materials. 

Since the topics of sustainability and climate protection, as well as the associated structural change, are the central future topics of society and politics, you are ideally prepared for the job market. The EU wants to create one million new "green jobs" in Europe by 2030. According to the Green Startup Monitor, 30% of startups are concerned about sustainability and offer products and services in the green economy.
