Studies

In the Bachelor's program Sustainability & Change, you will learn about the general aspects of business and how companies function, but with an additional focus on sustainable business. Business administration and economics form the basis of the program. This means that you'll deal with topics like marketing, accounting, data analysis, business law, market research, and microeconomics. What’s special about studying at the University of Hohenheim? You can customize 40% of your studies and choose courses according to your interests. The focus in the profile is on sustainability, innovation, and change processes.

Study abroad

Would you like to study and research abroad? Then take advantage of the opportunity to spend a semester in another country. During this time, you will not only broaden your horizons, but also develop and educate yourself. We have over 80 partner universities in Europe and all over the world. A semester abroad also offers you advantages when looking for a job. This is because many international companies prefer applicants who have already studied and lived abroad.

With a stay abroad you gain life experience, intercultural skills, and improve your career opportunities at home and abroad. There are many opportunities for you to do this as part of your Bachelor's degree: You can spend a semester abroad in Europe or overseas, do an internship abroad, or attend a summer school during the semester break.

Both the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Sciences and the University’s Office of International Affairs are happy to advise you on all matters related to your stay abroad. Both offices can help you with organizing and carrying out stays abroad.
