Studies

In the Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration and Economics, you will be introduced to the world of business and learn how companies function. At the same time, you will gain initial, important insights into business information systems as well as law and social sciences. This means you will deal with topics such as business administration, economics, marketing, law, finance, logistics, data analysis, and also with current topics of management. 1/3 of your studies can be designed individually. By choosing a specialization, you set a focus in your studies. In addition, you can choose courses related to business topics according to your interests.

Study abroad

With a stay abroad you gain life experience, intercultural skills, and improve your career opportunities at home and abroad. There are many opportunities for you to do this as part of your Bachelor's degree: You can spend a semester abroad in Europe or overseas, do an internship abroad, or attend a summer school during the semester break.

Binational or trinational multiple degree option

If you are particularly committed and enthusiastic about languages, you can even make your entire studies international with a bi- or tri-national multiple degree. In return, you will spend part of your studies at our European partner universities and earn multiple degrees in one study program. During your studies, you can take language courses offered by the university to prepare you for your stay abroad.

I deliberately chose business administration and economics, but I honestly hadn’t realized that Business Administration and Economics program at Hohenheim is so broad. We had business administration, economics, information systems, law, and social sciences from the very beginning.
